Transparent methodology
How the Personal Energy Blueprint works
This page explains what goes into the assessment, how the result is assembled, and where its limits are so you can decide whether it is useful for you.
What the assessment uses
The blueprint combines your self-reported questionnaire answers with a birth-date reflection framework. Your answers describe how you currently see your habits, preferences, and recurring patterns. Birth-date material is used as an interpretive prompt, not as scientific evidence or a prediction.
How your profile is created
Your answers are organized into themes such as decision style, momentum, relationships, strengths, and resistance. The report generator then turns those themes into a structured reflection. It is designed to make patterns easier to notice and discuss, not to assign a permanent identity.
What the report is for
Use the report to generate questions, compare the result with your lived experience, and choose small next steps. Keep what feels accurate and useful. Disregard interpretations that do not fit your experience.
Important limitations
The Personal Energy Blueprint is not a validated psychological test and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional advice. It cannot diagnose a condition, predict your future, or guarantee an outcome. If you need professional support, consult a qualified practitioner.
Your data and privacy
We use the information you submit to create and deliver your report. We do not need social-media access, contacts, or unrelated personal data. Review the privacy policy for retention and deletion details.
